After twelve months you can buy the site outright. ## Common questions **Do I own the website?** Not on a monthly plan, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. On monthly you are paying for the site, the hosting, the changes and the booking system as one service. If owning it matters, buy it outright in one payment, or start monthly and buy it after a year. Either way the number comes in your quote. **What happens if I cancel?** You keep your domain and every customer record we hold for you. We export your contacts and send them over. The site comes down, because we host and maintain it, and the booking system switches off. Nothing is held hostage and there is no exit fee. **How long until it is live?** About a week from the day we have your photos and details. We show you the finished site before it goes anywhere, and we do not launch until you say so. **I already have a website. Is that a problem?** No. Most people we work with do. We rebuild it, keep whatever is working, and point your existing domain at the new one. Nobody has to remember a new address and your search rankings come with you. **I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro. Do I need the booking system?** No, and you should not pay for two. That is exactly what the Site plan is for. Your site forms feed straight into the tool you already use. **Is there a contract?** No. Month to month, cancel whenever. Pay for the year up front and two months are on us. **What about ad spend?** Meta bills you directly for ad spend. We never mark it up or run it through our account, so what you see in Ads Manager is what you paid. **What about travel, rush and revisions?** Thirty miles from downtown Orlando is included.
