Questions about booking a night
What comes back, and in what shape?
A vertical recap cut, graded and mixed, plus the photo set from the hours you book, color matched across the set. Everything is sized for Reels, TikTok and Stories, so there is nothing to re-export or crop. We agree the delivery date with you when you book.
How is a night quoted?
It is quoted by the hours you book, with a two-hour minimum, two operators, cinema body and gimbal. What you are buying is the deliverables: the recap cut and the photo set from the hours you book. A teaser of ten to fifteen seconds can go on top, and the number for all of it comes in the quote.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Full commercial ownership is assigned to the venue on every plan, with patron release signage supplied for the door, and the archive is handed over at the end of the month.
How many people come to the venue?
Two operators on every night, doors to last call, with a cinema body, lighting and a gimbal. One person cannot cover a booth and a floor at the same time, so we never send one.
How are flyers and openers quoted?
Static flyers, motion flyers, living flyers and five to eight second AI openers are quoted per piece. Bigger campaigns and AI promos are quoted by scope, because a two-stage announcement and a full festival campaign are not the same job.
